以甲基纤维素(MC)和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为粘结剂,通过系列试验考察了型煤的落下强度、快速热解后半焦的机械强度、半焦与CO2的反应性及反应后强度等各项指标。经与块煤对比,型煤所形成的半焦颗粒较大,但型煤半焦与CO2反应后的强度不如块煤。型煤中配入炼焦用强粘煤后可以显著改善型煤的热性能,使其各项指标均能达到甚至超过块煤水平。试验结果表明:以纤维素为粘结剂的型煤可用作COREX燃料,从而为改善COREX燃料条件、拓宽COREX可用资源提供了新的技术途径。
Using methylcellulose (MC) and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) as binders, the drop strength of briquette, the mechanical strength of semi-coke after rapid pyrolysis, Reactivity and strength after the reaction and other indicators. Compared with the lump coal, semi-coke particles formed by the briquette are larger, but the strength of the briquette coal after reaction with CO2 is not as good as lump coal. Briquette with coking with strong sticky coal can significantly improve the thermal performance of briquette, so that its various indicators can reach or exceed lump coal level. The test results show that the briquette with cellulose as binder can be used as COREX fuel, which provides a new technical approach to improve the COREX fuel conditions and broaden the available resources of COREX.
