在我国,乡镇作为行政体制中最底一层行政组织,乡镇干部作为直接面对农民群众的干部,担负着建设社会主义新农村、维护农村社会稳定和农民脱贫致富的历史重任。乡镇干部队伍建设的如何,直接影响到党的执政根基和全面建成小康社会目标的实现。本文分析了当前乡镇干部存在的一些问题,提出了经济新常态下加强乡镇干部队伍建设的对策建议,期望能够为加强乡镇干部队伍建设提供有益借鉴。
In our country, towns and townships, as the lowest level of administrative organization in the administrative system, and township cadres, as cadres who directly face the peasants and masses, shoulder the historic task of building a new socialist countryside, safeguarding the social stability in rural areas and getting farmers out of poverty. The construction of township cadres team has a direct impact on the foundation of the party’s governance and the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper analyzes some existing problems of township cadres and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of township cadres in the new normal economic conditions. It is hoped that this can provide useful reference for strengthening the cadre ranks building in township.
