为了消除作用在柴油机机体上的不平衡一级往复惯性力,提出了一种基于多体动力学仿真技术的方法,通过振动分析来评价发动机的平衡性是否达到预计的设计目标.建立了柴油机的动力学模型,根据设计结果设定平衡轴的参数,对某单缸柴油机不安装和安装一级平衡轴100%平衡一阶往复惯性力的平衡轴进行仿真,结果表明:安装一级平衡轴后,各悬置3个方向的一阶振动速度明显降低,有助于改善整机的NVH(噪声、振动、舒适性)性能,仿真结果与实验结果基本符合.
In order to eliminate the unbalanced first order reciprocating inertia force acting on the diesel engine body, a method based on multi-body dynamics simulation technology is proposed to evaluate whether the balance of the engine reaches the expected design goal through vibration analysis. According to the design results, the balance shaft parameters are set to simulate the balance shaft with 100% balanced first-order reciprocating inertia without installing and installing a single-cylinder diesel engine. The results show that after installing a balance shaft , The first-order vibration speed of each suspension in three directions is significantly reduced, which helps to improve the NVH (noise, vibration, comfort) performance of the whole machine. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
