胶接是通过物理和化学的作用而实现的。总结使用胶接修复技术对柴油机缸体裂纹、蓄电池外壳裂口、操纵阀杆断裂及发动机曲轴主轴轴承座孔磨损进行修复的实例。认为虽然胶接强度目前还达不到焊接水平,焊接技术仍然是修复零件最有效的手段,但随着胶接材料及胶接技术的进步,胶接在零部件的断裂、局部裂纹和局部磨损的修复中会越来越被人们重视。实践证明胶接技术不仅方法简便、经济实用、成本低及修理快,适于现场施工,而且修后的零件相当可靠,有时使用胶接方法还会取得事半功倍的效果。
