本研究用11个油菜品系,以西南302品种作对照,试验结果表明,每果粒数与产量的相关系数达极显著水平,而且对产量的直接和间接作用都最大,对产量具有最大的促进作用。在低芥酸品种的选育过程中,着重注意每果粒数的选择,有可能克服低芥酸品种产量低的矛盾。一次有效分枝数对产量和含油量都呈正相关,但对芥酸含量却具有一定的负效应,而且遗传力也较大,选择效果较好,所以选择一次有效分枝数,对选育高产、高含油量及低芥酸含量的品种,仍有较实际的意义。
In this study, 11 rapeseed lines were used as the control for the Southwest 302. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the number of fruit per plant and the yield reached an extremely significant level, and had the greatest direct and indirect effects on the yield and the greatest promotion on the yield effect. In the selection of low-erucic acid varieties, it is possible to overcome the low yield of low-erucic acid species by choosing the number of grains per fruit. The effective number of branches was positively correlated with the yield and oil content, but had a certain negative effect on the erucic acid content. However, the heritability was also larger and the selection effect was better. Therefore, selecting the effective branch number, High oil content and low erucic acid varieties, there is still more practical significance.
