ZhenAn District, located in Dandong City of Liaoning Province, covers an area of 669 square kilometers. This district will mainly develop new industry for the modern port city in the east of Northeast China. It will become a trade center for material circulation and storage. This district boasts of nearly one hundred of enterprises headed by Shuguang Auto Group. In condition of vast investment and preferential policies for rejuvenating old industrial base, this district will be the first new industrial region. At present, this district will vigorously develop machinery equipment, chemical medicine, electric power, electronic industry, dress industry, textile, buildingmaterial, paper making industry, and food industry. It also develops farming base with its own characteristics. This district, with its preferential policy and rewards, will enlarge the investment from outside world and seek for big projects. It will actively fetch in new foreign enterprises and make more foreign investment. It will speed up the step in conjunction with seaport industry and develop main industry in advance, so as to promote the rejuvenation of other industries.
