我院自1972年起迄今13年间共手术治疗大肠多发性腺瘤病21例。本组血便17例,占81％;粘液便11例,占52.4％;大便次数增多12例,占57％;1例因癌变出现急性肠梗阻。
Our hospital has treated 21 cases of multiple colorectal adenomas during the 13 years since 1972. The group of bloody stools in 17 cases, accounting for 81%; 11 cases of mucus, accounting for 52.4%; increased stool frequency in 12 cases, accounting for 57%; 1 case of acute intestinal obstruction due to cancer.
