In order to understand the impact of noise on ECG of working workers, noise site was inspected on site and the equivalent sound level of workers in each post was calculated. Occupational health examination was carried out on 650 male noise workers, and their ECG changes were carried out Analysis, and with 520 non-noise workers healthy physical examination ECG results were analyzed. The results showed that the overall ECG abnormality rate of noise workers was higher than that of non-noise workers, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). According to the different equivalent sound level noise exposure level, the medical staff were grouped. The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram was compared with that of the control group respectively. The abnormal rate was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Electrocardiogram abnormalities among different equivalent sound level noise exposure groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The results showed that the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram in noise workers was significantly higher than that in the control group, which was mainly arrhythmia, conduction abnormalities and ST-T changes. There was no significant difference in ECG between the different equivalent sound level exposure groups Difference (P> 0.05).
