《义务教育语文课程标准》对小学中年级的习作明确提出了几点阶段性的目标:留心周围事物、乐于书面表达、增强习作的自信心;能不拘形式地写下见闻;感受和想象,注意表现自己觉得新奇有趣的或印象最深、最受感动的内容;在习作中运用自己平时积累的语言材料,特别是有新鲜感的词句。这些目标可以归结为一句话:激发学生写作兴趣和写作愿望,引导学生学会如何写作文。
