石油炼制和化工是一个硬币的正反两面,且只有将两个环节无缝衔接才能实现效益最大化。石油产业上游与下游业务组成一个完整的价值链条,并具有与其他产业链不尽相同的特征。石油产业链各组成部分相互连接、相互制约、相互依存,具有高度的技术经济关联性,可以产生明显的“1+1>2”的协同效应。重要的是,石油产业链是一个价值递增的过程,后面环节在前面环节的产品价值基础上进一步创造出新的价值。
Oil refining and chemicals are the front and back of a coin, and the benefits are maximized only by seamlessly linking the two. The upstream and downstream business of petroleum industry form a complete value chain, and have the same features as other industrial chains. The various components of the oil industry chain are interconnected, mutually constrained and interdependent, with a high degree of technical and economic relevance, which can produce obvious synergies of “1 + 1> 2 ”. Importantly, the oil industry chain is a process of incremental value, and the later steps further create new value based on the product value of the previous steps.
