我厂有一台大连冷冻机厂50年代产活塞式制冷压缩机,型号为2AD15-35/50对称平衡型.该设备1981年投产,1998年5月26日发现一级缸声音异常.我们分析可能有两个人一面原因,第一、曲轴瓦间隙超差,导致活塞前后止点间隙过小,撞击缸体;第二、活塞背帽松动,活塞在活塞杆中窜动,撞击缸体.检查轴瓦间隙,未超差,前一种原因可以排除.解体检查一级缸,发现一级活塞背帽的防松螺钉被剪断,导致背帽松动,什么原厂使螺钉被剪断呢?现场
