目前水轮发电机组稳定性问题日益严重,相当一部分水电厂机组在某些运行区域存在振动问题。文中针对刘家峡水电厂5号机组展开试验,研究了引起水轮发电机组运行不稳定的原因,根据刘家峡水电厂机组的实际情况,确定了机组稳定性试验的主要观注测量、测试点的布置以及传感器的选择。针对刘家峡水电厂运行中存在的实际问题,对5号机组分别进行了变转速试验、变励磁试验和变负荷试验。现场试验结果表明:5号机组扩修后,发电机的电磁力平衡状态良好,且机组的振动与蜗壳、顶盖和尾水管内的压力脉动关系密切,但水轮机轴与发电机转子连接不正。
At present, the stability of hydro-generator sets is becoming more and more serious. A considerable number of hydropower units have vibration problems in some operating areas. In this paper, the experiment of Unit 5 in Liujiaxia Hydropower Station is carried out to study the causes of the instability of hydro-generator units. According to the actual conditions of units in Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant, the main observations, the arrangement of test points and the arrangement of test points Sensor selection. In view of the actual problems in the operation of Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant, variable speed test, variable excitation test and variable load test were carried out for Unit 5 respectively. The field test results show that the electromagnetic force of the generator is well balanced after the unit 5 is expanded and the vibration of the unit is closely related to the pressure pulsations in the volute, the top cover and the draft tube. However, the connection between the turbine shaft and the generator rotor is not correct .
