目的评价2009—2012年天津市西青区慢性非传染性疾病综合防控干预的效果。方法选择西青区作为干预区。干预前后均采用多阶段随机抽样的方法抽取调查对象;干预方法为通过各种形式的健康教育,推广健康的生活方式,对全人群及慢性病患者进行分类管理、定期随访。结果干预后居民对高血压诊断标准知晓率升高36.66%,其他生活方式疾病相关知识也有显著升高。其接受健康教育率提高27.54%,定期体检率提高6.92%,除饮酒以外的多数高危行为均有了明显的改善。结论西青区慢性非传染性疾病综合防控已经初见成效,为其他地区提供了可借鉴的经验。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases in Xiqing District of Tianjin from 2009 to 2012. Methods Select Xiqing District as intervention area. Intervention before and after the use of multi-stage random sampling method to extract the survey object; intervention methods through various forms of health education, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, the whole population and chronic diseases were classified management, regular follow-up. Results After the intervention, residents’ awareness rate of diagnosis of hypertension increased by 36.66%, and knowledge of other lifestyle diseases also increased significantly. The rate of receiving health education increased by 27.54% and the regular check-up rate increased by 6.92%. Most of the high-risk behaviors except drinking were significantly improved. Conclusion The comprehensive prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases in Xiqing District have achieved initial success and provided experiences for other regions to learn from.
