笔者从学校内部治理体系构建的主体化、多元化与信息化角度,对学校党政联席会、教代会、理事会、学术委员会以及家长委员会在学校内部治理中的角色定位和功能发挥进行分析阐述,提出“五会共治”的学校内部治理结构体系,并结合现代学校制度建设的标准和治理体系的运行成效进行实践检验。
