痕量S~(2-)国内外通常采用亚甲基蓝法、分子荧光法、滴定法、电极法及原子吸收分光光度法。本文报导了用冷原子荧光法间接测定痕量S~(2-)的一种新方法,选择了促进Hg~(2+)与S~(2-)定量结合和剩余Hg~(2+)被SnCl_2还原的条件,采用抗坏血酸成功地改变了测定体系的性质,令人满意地建立了工作曲线。该方法所需试剂少,灵敏度高。S~(2-)的检测极限为1.7×10~(-10)克, 变动系数5.5%。该方法的建立扩大了冷原子荧光测汞仪的使用范围。实验部分 (一)仪器与试剂冷原子荧光测汞仪(西安无线电八厂)。 10%SnCl_2 溶液,1%KMnO_4 溶液,3mg/ml抗坏血酸溶液(现配现用),HgCl_2 标准储备液(0.1mg/ml Hg~(2+)),用储备液配制100ppbHg~(2+)工作液,加两滴1%KMnO_4 (现配现用)。
