针对大型智能桁架结构的振动抑制问题,采用扩张状态观测器(ESO)和非线性状态误差反馈控制律(NLSEF),设计了不依赖于模型的自抗扰振动控制器。然后,基于dSPACE实时仿真系统,建立了102杆三棱柱压电智能桁架结构的主动振动控制试验系统,进行了自抗扰振动控制实验。结果表明:自抗扰振动控制器可有效地用于压电智能桁架结构的振动控制,低频谐振控制实验振幅降低了81.5%,取得了良好的控制效果。
In order to solve the problem of vibration suppression of large-scale intelligent truss structures, a model-independent ADRC controller is designed by using extended state observer (ESO) and nonlinear state error feedback control law (NLSEF). Then, based on the dSPACE real-time simulation system, an active vibration control test system of 102-pole triangular prism piezoelectric truss structure was established and the experiment of ADRC vibration control was carried out. The results show that the ADRC controller can be effectively used for the vibration control of the piezoelectric smart truss structure. The experimental amplitude of low frequency resonance control is reduced by 81.5%, and a good control effect is achieved.
