应用强力宁对循环骤停18min 的犬进行复苏后治疗8h,并动态观测血清游离脂肪酸(FAA)含量变化,测定脑组织血栓素 B_2(TXB_2)和6-酮-前列腺素 F_(1α)(6-K-PGF_(1α))含量。结果显示强力宁明显抑制复苏后血清 FAA 含量的升高,降低脑组织 TXB_2含量,但对 6-K-PGF_(1α)含量无明显影响,表明强力宁可减少组织缺血性损伤时 FAA 和血检素 A_2(TXA_2)的释放,并促使 TXA_2与前列环素(PGI_2)的比值关系恢复平衡,因而对组织缺血性损伤有一定的保护作用。
After 8 min of resuscitation of dogs undergoing circulatory arrest for 8 hours, Qiangningning was used to dynamically observe the change of serum free fatty acid (FAA) and determine the thromboxane B_2 (TXB_2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F_(1α) in brain (6). -K-PGF_(1α)) content. The results showed that Qiangningning significantly inhibited the increase of serum FAA level after resuscitation and decreased the TXB_2 content in brain tissue, but had no significant effect on the content of 6-K-PGF_(1α), indicating that Qiangning would rather reduce the FAA and blood test in ischemic tissue injury. The release of A_2 (TXA_2) promotes the balance between the ratio of TXA_2 and prostacyclin (PGI_2) and thus has a protective effect on ischemic injury.
