随着我国社会经济的发展,信息化技术已经越来越深化,我们正处于信息大爆炸的新时期,这就要求我们必须推进信息共享。从而实现财务、经济、图书、档案、情报等方面的信息一体化管理,但是由于我国信息化技术起步比较晚,和很多发达国家相比还存在不小的差距。随着市场经济一体化的越来越深入,图书、档案、情报一体化管理得到企业集团高度重视,更有专家学者表示,图书、档案、情报一体化管理在新趋势下,关系这企业的存亡。所以目前企业集团首要的任务就是解决图书、档案、情报一体化管理存在的问题,使得一体化管理更加深入,从而保证企业快速的发展。
