教育均衡、公平教育是人们对理想教育的一种期望,也是社会公平的一个重要方面。幼儿教育是社会教育的起点,也是教育均衡的源头。长期以来,受城乡二元经济结构影响,我国城乡幼儿教育存在着巨大差距,并且随着社会发展城乡幼儿教育差距还在不断加大。十八大报告明确提出了“大力促进教育公平,合理配置教育资源”的教育主张,因此,促进城乡幼儿教育均衡发展,就成为幼儿教育改革的重点。一、我国城乡幼儿教育发展现状
