产业生态化是区域可持续发展的必然选择。现实中把生态产业园和区域副产品循环网络的构建作为区域产业生态化的优先选择,使其在载体和模式上都存在着诸多的挑战。由此,本文提出了以产业集群为载体,拉动区域基础产业、支柱产业和潜导产业生态化发展的区域产业生态化发展模式,并提出通过对其运作中关键问题的识别与分析,促进该模式在区域可持续发展中的成功实践。
Industrial ecologization is the inevitable choice of regional sustainable development. In reality, the construction of eco-industrial park and regional by-product recycling network is regarded as the priority choice of regional industry ecology, which brings with it many challenges on the carrier and model. Therefore, this paper puts forward a regional industrial ecologic development model that takes industrial cluster as a carrier and stimulates the development of regional basic industries, pillar industries and subduction industries, and proposes to identify and analyze the key issues in its operation and promote the Successful Practice of Model in Regional Sustainable Development.
