以紫铜/铬青铜摩擦副为研究对象,在改装的试验机上进行了载流性能研究。结果表明:载荷和加载电流是影响摩擦副载流效率的重要因素;在载流条件下,摩擦副载流效率随加载电流和载荷的增大而增大。
Taking the copper / chromium bronze friction pair as the research object, the current carrying performance was studied on the modified testing machine. The results show that the load and the load current are the important factors that affect the efficiency of the triboelectric pair. Under current-carrying conditions, the triboelectric efficiency increases with the increase of the load current and load.
