中小学校长是学校办学过程中的关键人物,从某种意义上说“一个好校长就是一所好学校”。一般说来,校长都想把自己的学校办好,这是一名校长应有的事业心和责任心。那么,怎样衡量一所学校是否办好了呢?笔者认为可以从四个方面看:从学校历史发展的纵向看,其办学水平应达到自身前所未有的高峰;从本地区同类学校相比的横向看,各项考核指标应名列前茅;从社会发展需求的角度看,其培养的人才应能满足社会某方面的需求,得到社会的认可;从学生发展的角度看,其培养目标应能满足学生的内在需求,使学生得到全面发展。一名称职的校长既要有办学思想,也要有人格魅力,这是当好校长的必备条件。
Primary and secondary school principals are the key figures in the school running process. In a sense, “a good headmaster is a good school.” In general, principals want to run their own schools, which is a principal should dedication and responsibility. So, how to measure whether a school is good? I think we can look from four aspects: from the vertical development of the school history, its level should reach its own unprecedented peak; compared with similar schools in the region compared to the horizontal , The assessment indicators should be among the best; from the perspective of social development needs, its personnel should be able to meet the needs of a certain part of society, social recognition; from the perspective of student development, its training objectives should be able to meet the students’ internal Demand, so that students get all-round development. A competent principal not only has the idea of running a school, but also has the charms of personality. This is a prerequisite for being a good principal.
