测试了两种界面改性剂MPP的结晶性能 ,并分别将MPP1、MPP2加入到PP/硫酸钙晶须的复合体系中 ,经DSC测试结果表明 :(1)硫酸钙晶须的加入起到了异相成核作用 ,使复合材料的结晶温度升高 ,结晶度也有所提高 ,含有MPP的复合体系其结晶性能高于未加入MPP的体系 ,而含有MPP1的体系的结晶性能又比含MPP2的体系高 ;(2 )加入MPP以后复合体系的玻璃化温度比纯PP有一定的提高。并用SEM观测含有MPP1的复合体系能促进晶须的分散 ,使两相界面粘结性能提高 ,拉伸强度此时有一最佳值
