成立于1998年4月的武汉新文票据印刷有限公司(系武昌区),系由民营企业武汉威特公司控股的中美合资企业。公司成立之初,只有几台设备,20余人。这些职工中,有原国有新文印刷厂的派出人员,有社会招聘人员,有美方派驻人员。如何把职工群众的心凝聚在企业,共谋企业发展,是公司领导经常考虑的问题。特别是2001年公司对原武汉新文印刷厂进行改制,职工增加到近200人的情况下,公司领导对职工队伍的建设愈加重视起来。
Established in April 1998, Wuhan Xinwen Bill Printing Co., Ltd. (Department of Wuchang District) is a Sino-U.S. Joint venture controlled by the privately owned Wuhan Witt Company. The beginning of the establishment of the company, only a few pieces of equipment, more than 20 people. Among these workers, there are the sent-out staff of the original State-owned Xinwen Printing Factory, social recruiters and the presence of the United States. How to unite the heart of workers and staff in the enterprise, and seek common development of enterprises, the company leaders often consider the issue. Especially in 2001, when the company restructured the original Xinwen Printing Factory in Wuhan and the staff increased to nearly 200, the leaders of the company paid more attention to the construction of the workforce.
