采注比≥1.2是实现蒸汽驱的关键,如何提高蒸汽驱井组产液量,达到蒸汽采注比的要求,对深层稠油油田蒸汽驱而言尤为重要。本文以高升油田蒸汽驱先导性试验井组——高3-3-76井组蒸汽驱后,油层温度大幅度提高,生产井井底温度高达200~300℃,引发出一系列问题。针对蒸汽驱采油工艺上难点和出现的主要问题,开展了相关配套技术研究及部分研究成果试验应用,进而提出了一套适合深层稠油蒸汽驱提高排液能力的方式与方法,为下一步深层稠油蒸汽驱采油工艺技术配套提供依据。
Oil recovery ratio ≥1.2 is the key to achieve steam flooding. How to increase the production volume of steam flooding well and achieve the requirement of steam recovery ratio is particularly important for steam flooding in deep heavy oil fields. In this paper, Gaosheng Oilfield steam flooding pilot pilot well group - high 3-3-76 well group steam flooding, the reservoir temperature increased significantly, the production well bottom temperature as high as 200 ~ 300 ℃, triggering a series of problems. Aiming at the difficulties and the main problems in the process of steam recovery and oil recovery, the related supporting technologies and the application of some research results have been carried out. Then a set of methods and methods are proposed to improve the drainage ability of deep-bed steam flooding. Heavy oil steam drive oil recovery technology provide the basis.
