目的了解河北省农村居民公共卫生服务的利用及满意度现状,为有关部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法选取河北5个地区10个县,按照分层随机抽样的方法,采用自行设计公共卫生服务利用调查表和公共卫生服务满意度调查表对1 000名农村居民进行现况调查。同时,进行面对面访谈。结果 53.60%河北省农村居民公共卫生服务总体利用得分在4~6分之间,仅有18.70%表示利用率大于等于7分。公共卫生服务总体满意度为51.40%。结论河北省农村居民公共卫生服务的利用及满意度处于一般水平。建议有关部门加大对公共卫生服务机构健康教育职能的宣传力度,增加对相应硬件设施及人员培训的投入。
Objective To understand the status quo of the utilization and satisfaction of public health services of rural residents in Hebei Province and provide the basis for relevant departments to formulate relevant policies. Methods Ten counties in 5 districts of Hebei Province were selected. Based on the stratified random sampling method, a survey of 1,000 rural residents was conducted by using self-designed questionnaire on public health service and satisfaction survey on public health service. At the same time, conduct face-to-face interviews. Results 53.60% The overall utilization of public health services of rural residents in Hebei province was between 4 and 6, with only 18.70% indicating that the utilization rate was above or equal to 7 points. Overall satisfaction with public health services was 51.40%. Conclusion The utilization and satisfaction of public health services of rural residents in Hebei Province are at a general level. It is suggested that relevant departments should step up publicity on health education functions of public health service agencies and increase their investment in training of corresponding hardware facilities and personnel.
