《军队基层建设纲要》指出,连队党支部要“增强带领官兵遂行多样化军事任务的能力”。基层党组织必须着眼形势任务发展变化,加强对多样化军事任务研究,探索提高多样化军事任务能力的方法途径,确保基层党组织能力有新提高、履行使命有新成效。
The “Outline of Grassroots Construction of the Army” points out that the party branch of the company wants to “enhance the ability of leading officers and men to carry out diversified military tasks.” The grass-roots party organizations must focus on the development and changes in the situation and tasks, strengthen the research on diversified military tasks and explore ways and means to enhance the capabilities of diversified military tasks so as to ensure that grass-roots party organizations have a new capability to enhance their performance and fulfill their missions with new results.
