2010年12月7至8日,陕西省音乐家协会第五次代表大会在西安召开。中国音协主席、陕西省文联主席赵季平,陕西省委宣传部副部长、省文联党组书记刘斌出席会议并讲话,来自我省的130名音乐工作者代表出席了会议。
December 2010 December 7 to 8, Shaanxi Province Musicians Association Fifth Congress was held in Xi’an. Zhao Jiping, chairman of China Music Association, Shaanxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles Zhao Beiping, vice minister of Propaganda Department of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and secretary of Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles Liu Bin attended the conference and made speeches. Representatives of 130 musicians from our province attended the conference.
