在钢铁企业建立现代企业制度的进程中,作为钢铁企业辅助单位的运输部门从钢铁生产主体上分离出来,成为分(子)公司,从而为运输管理提出了新的课题,如何通过加强有效管理,使运输部门成为适应市场的经济实体,本文结合上海沪昌钢铁有限公司运输分公司(简称沪昌运输公司)的实践,对这一问题提出个人的认识和思考。
