２例类似肾癌的局限性黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎，分析其ＣＴ表现，并与手术病理对照。ＣＴ特征是肿块呈限局性类圆形异常密度区和不增强区，围绕以边缘增强和肾筋膜增厚，伴邻近组织侵犯。对本病的病理基础及与肾癌鉴别的要点进行了讨论。
Two cases of localized yellow granulomatous pyelonephritis, similar to renal cell carcinoma, were analyzed for CT findings and compared with surgical pathology. CT features of the tumor is a limited class of circular abnormal density area and non-enhanced area, around the edge enhancement and renal fascia thickening, with adjacent tissue violations. The pathological basis of the disease and identification of renal cell carcinoma were discussed.
