目的 经对照研究方式,分析利福喷丁与利福平在肺结核治疗中的药效比较及安全性.方法 于2018年1月至2019年6月,在我院住院治疗的病例中随机抽取64例,以"贯序法"对纳入样本进行交叉分组,设置为对比组(32例)、研究组(32例),前者给予利福平治疗,后者采用利福喷丁治疗,对比分析药效、安全性.结果 经计算,研究组治疗总有效率高于对比组(93.75%与75.00%),差异显著,P<0.05;研究组不良反应发生率低于对比组(9.38%与31.25%),差异显著,P<0.05;
