群众艺术馆是政府设立的公益性文化事业机构,工作职能亦有明确概论。然而,群众艺术馆自身应该怎样在实际工作中去体现公益性文化职能和践行自己的职责,并不是一件容易的事,许多馆都在不断探索这个课题。近些年,十堰市群众艺术馆的所作所为为此取得了宝贵的经验。
The mass art museum is a public welfare cultural institution set up by the government. Its functions are also clearly outlined. However, it is not an easy task for the mass art museum itself to reflect the commonweal cultural functions and practice its own duties in practical work. Many museums are constantly exploring this topic. In recent years, Shiyan City Museum of Mass Art has made precious invaluable experience for this purpose.
