在基层团组织建构的同时,组织中的个体也在进行着自组织活动,并进而形成了一种随机态自组织。组织在发展阶段,为了满足自身合法性需求,更好地适应组织内外部环境,即组织内个体的情感需求和组织自身的模仿性机制,从而与随机态自组织相耦合。进而,形成了一种混沌态结构,该种形态兼具社区和工具的双重特征,属于机械团结。基于知识分享机制,混沌态结构从机械团结向有机团结演化,形成了临界态结构。
In the meantime, the grassroots organizations are being constructed, and the individuals in the organizations are also carrying out self-organizing activities, which in turn form a kind of random self-organization. In the stage of development, in order to meet the needs of its own legitimacy, the organization adapts to the internal and external environment better, that is, the emotional needs of individuals within the organization and the organization’s own imitation mechanism, so as to be coupled with the stochastic state self-organization. Furthermore, a chaotic state structure is formed that combines the dual characteristics of community and tools and belongs to the mechanical unity. Based on the knowledge sharing mechanism, the chaotic state structure evolves from mechanical unity to organic unity and forms the critical state structure.
