~ (13) The application of CNMR technique in distinguishing a class of compounds is very valuable, especially for the identification and analysis of tetracycline antibiotics. Because of the molecular and functional groupings that dominate the appearance and physical properties of about 10 of these compounds, the electronic and vibrational spectra of the genes within the group are so similar that few others identify the compounds as worthless. The comparative study of tetracyclines ~ (13) CNMR spectra aims to draw much attention to the analytical potential of this method and its ability to provide sophisticated evidence such as ion balance and stereochemistry of structures. D-dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO-d_6) can serve as this class
