教师培训过程管理是一个系统工程。加强培训过程的管理目的是为了提高培训的绩效。教师培训过程管理应基于一定的培训理念,始于培训的目标与需求分析,在质量管理,培训方法,培训资源,培训工具,培训绩效评估等各个维度强化管理,以期达到预定的目标。
Teacher training process management is a systematic project. The purpose of strengthening the management of the training process is to improve the performance of the training.
