目的　探讨直肠内修补术治疗肛门正常的直肠会阴瘘的疗效。方法　采用直肠内修补术对 15例直肠会阴瘘患儿进行手术治疗。结果　全组病人均治愈。随访 1～ 5a无瘘复发者 ,排便功能及肛门检查均正常。结论　经肛门直肠内修补术治疗直肠会阴瘘 ,手术范围小 ,操作简单 ,不损伤括约肌 ,排便功能无影响 ,疗效满意 ,是值得推广的术式 Objective To investigate the effect of rectal repair in the treatment of normal anal rectal perineal fistula. Methods 15 cases of rectal perineal fistula were treated by rectal repair. Results All patients were cured. Follow-up 1 ~ 5a recurrence without fistula, defecation function and anal examination were normal. Conclusions Anorectal repair of rectum perineal fistula surgery, the scope of the operation is small, simple operation, does not damage the sphincter, no effect of defecation, the effect is satisfactory, is worth promoting the operation
