基本误差是家用煤气表的一个主要技术指标。基本误差的大小标志着煤气表计量精度的优劣。目前,国内煤气表的质量与国际水平相比,差距甚大,其根本点就表现在基本误差的稳定性不好和误差的分散性较大。欲解决这个问题不仅牵涉到设计理论的探讨,而且还涉及到工艺方法的改进。本文仅就扩大煤气表基本误差的调整范围进行探索。一、概述纵观国内外煤气表基本误差的调整不外乎两种办法:(1)是调整曲柄回转半径的大小;(2)是调整计数器轮系的传动比。采用第一种
The basic error is one of the main technical indicators of household gas meters. The size of the basic error marks the merits of gas meter measurement accuracy. At present, the quality of domestic gas meters is greatly different from the international standards. The fundamental point of the performance of gas meters is that the stability of the basic errors is poor and the dispersion of errors is large.
