国际著名评估机构AMR断言,业务流程管理(BusinessProcessManagement,简称BPM)已经成为2004年之后企业面临的重点课题之一。在中国,企业信息化的先锋联想与海尔都在进行公司层面的核心业务流程的梳理和再造,海尔甚至为其BPM项目的实施而停止了14个正在和准备开展的信息系统项目,并由集团副总裁亲自挂帅,可见其重视程度。本报记者就BPM的相关话题同August-WilhelmScheer教授进行了交流。
The internationally renowned assessment agency AMR asserted that Business Process Management (BPM) has become one of the key issues companies face after 2004. In China, the pioneers of enterprise informatization, Lenovo and Haier, are all reviewing and reengineering their core business processes at the company level. Haier even stopped 14 information system projects being and are being prepared for the implementation of its BPM project. The group, Vice-president personally, we can see its importance.
