西方“新公共管理运动”兴起于20世纪70年代末80年代初,它对传统的公共行政模式进行了全面的清算和否定,在理论和实践上都取得了一定的成效,同时也存在着一些批评和指责。但是,这场“新公共管理运动”对我国的行政管理的理论和实践都有许多重要的启示和可供借鉴之处。
The rise of the Western “new public administration movement” in the late 1970s and early 1980s completely liquidated and denied the traditional pattern of public administration.
