小班幼儿刚从家庭进入幼儿园这个大集体中,其角色、生活内容、环境都发生了很大变化。在这样的环境里,幼儿需要与同伴相处,与集体融和。但从刚刚开展的入园前“亲子体验活动”看,小班幼儿的独占(玩具、食物等)行为十分严重。两个孩子为了同一件玩具发生争吵甚至打斗,或有的孩子宁愿自己拿着玩具不玩,也不愿把它让与别人玩……为了进一步了解幼儿的性格特点和分享意识,了解家长在家庭教育中对幼儿分享行为的培养,我对全班30名幼儿,进行了一项简单的调查,根据调查结果和日常出现的案例,开展一系列玩具分享活动。
