研究并分析了Ni3 + 掺杂和Co2 + 掺杂对SnO2 压敏电阻致密度和电学非线性性能的影响。研究了掺Co3 + 对SnO2 Ni2 O3 Nb2 O5压敏材料性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,Co2 O3 在高温下可转变为CoO。Co2 + 的掺入不仅能够增大SnO2 Ni2 O3 Nb2 O5材料的质量密度 ,而且能提高非线性系数 ,在较大程度上提高了SnO2 MgO Nb2 O5压敏材料的性能
The effects of Ni3 + doping and Co2 + doping on the densities and electrical nonlinearities of SnO2 varistors were investigated and analyzed. The effect of Co3 + on the properties of SnO2 Ni2 O3 Nb2 O5 pressure-sensitive materials was investigated. The experimental results show that Co2 O3 can be transformed into CoO at high temperature. The incorporation of Co2 + can not only increase the mass density of SnO2Ni2O3Nb2O5 material, but also increase the nonlinear coefficient and greatly improve the performance of SnO2MgOb Nb2O5 pressure-sensitive material
