目的 建立大鼠C6脑胶质瘤模型 ,寻找简易判定颅内肿瘤大小的可靠指标。方法 应用立体定向法 ,将 1%琼脂糖含 1× 10 6C6瘤细胞悬液 10 μl注入大鼠右脑尾状核并行一般观察和MRI检查。在接种后第 10、15、2 0、2 5天和自然死亡前 ,对大鼠做主动脉多聚甲醛灌注固定 ,对脑组织和肿瘤标本进行大体观察和HE染色。结果 5 0只接种大鼠均有颅内肿瘤生长 (10 0 % ) ,远处和颅外转移率为 0 % - 4 %。结论 成功建立大鼠C6脑胶质瘤模型 ,接种后大鼠的生存时间可作为判定颅内肿瘤生长大小的指标。
Objective To establish a rat model of C6 glioma and to find a reliable indicator of the size of intracranial tumors. Methods Stereotactic method was used to inject 10 μl of 1% agarose containing 1 × 10 6 C6 tumor cell suspension into caudate nucleus of right cerebellum of rats for general observation and MRI examination. On the 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th day after inoculation and before natural death, rats were aortic paraformaldehyde perfusion fixation, brain tissue and tumor specimens were generally observed and HE staining. Results All of the 50 inoculated rats had intracranial tumor growth (10 0%), distant and extracranial metastases of 0% to 4%. Conclusion The rat model of C6 glioma was established successfully. The survival time of rats after inoculation can be used as an index to determine the growth of intracranial tumors.
