为了充分发挥产品质量监督的作用,进一步促进我省机械产品质量的提高,本刊受省机械工业厅委托,决定增设《机械产品质量监督》专栏。产品质量监督包括行政监督、社会监督和用户监督。本栏将本着实事求是的精神,公布产品质量监督抽查结果,开展产品质量评论,反映用户要求,表彰好的,批评差的,以促进工厂质量管理工作的改善和产品质量的提高。我们热切的希望各级机械工业主管部门、生产企业、广大用户及消费者、广大质量工作者积极赐稿,让我们共同把“专栏”办好。
In order to give full play to the role of product quality supervision and further promote the improvement of the quality of mechanical products in our province, the journal was entrusted by the Provincial Machinery Industry Department to decide to add a column entitled “Quality Supervision of Mechanical Products”. Product quality supervision includes administrative supervision, social supervision and user supervision. This column will be based on the spirit of seeking truth from facts, to announce the results of product quality supervision and spot checks, carry out product quality reviews, reflect user requirements, praise good, and criticize poor, in order to promote the improvement of factory quality management work and product quality improvement. We earnestly hope that all levels of the machinery industry authorities, production enterprises, customers and consumers, and quality workers will actively contribute to the draft, let us work together to make the “column” run well.
