本文对现行超限货物装运办法请示文电进行了探讨，并对《铁路超限货物运输规则》的相关条文提出了完善建议．
In this paper, the existing method of shipment of overloaded goods was discussed, and some suggestions were put forward to improve the relevant provisions of “Rules for the Transportation of Overrun Railway Goods”.
