对熔渣泡沫化进行了实验研究- 实验在实验室小型硅化钼炉上进行,同时在1 000 kg 中频感应炉上进行了热模拟实验- 测试了熔渣碱度、熔渣中CaF2 含量、发泡剂碳加入量过剩指数等因素对发泡指数的影响,经过对熔渣发泡机理的理论分析,建立了熔渣发泡需气量与熔渣粘度、表面张力的关系
Experiments were carried out on the foaming of slag. The experiment was carried out on a small molybdenum silicate furnace in a laboratory, and a thermal simulation experiment was carried out on a 1 000 kg medium frequency induction furnace. The basicity of slag, CaF2 content in slag, Foaming index was influenced by factors such as the excess of foaming agent and carbon excess, and the relationship between foaming requirement and slag viscosity and surface tension was established by theoretical analysis of slag foaming mechanism.
