在电镜下观察了加味温胆汤对D-半乳糖亚急性衰老大鼠大脑皮质神经元超微结构改变的影响,并对其主要细胞器进行了计量分析。结果表明:模型组脂褐素数量较正常组增多(P<0.05),线粒体则减少(P<0.05)同时还发现溶酶体、脂褐素大小形态不规则,线粒体肿胀、变性、嵴断裂、空泡样变,核膜内褶断裂,核仁边移等衰老改变,而加味温胆汤则使上述变性程度减轻,从而表明该方能延缓脑衰老,并提示该方可能具有稳定神经细胞生物膜系统作用。
