本文采用大孔强碱性季胺Ⅰ型阴离子交换树脂D290,系统地研究了常温、常压阴离子交换排代法分离钼、钨的效果。结果得到,以MoO_4~(2+)为阻滞离子,(NH_4)_2C_2O_4为排代剂,常温常压分离钨、钼效果较好。由不同投料比所得分离结果可以推测,从含少量钼的钨矿浸出液中进行钨、钼分离,前景是乐观的。
In this paper, macroporous strongly basic quaternary ammonium anion exchange resin D290 was used to systematically study the effect of molybdenum and tungsten separated by anion exchange at normal temperature and pressure. The results showed that MoO_4 ~ (2+) is a blocking ion and (NH_4) _2C_2O_4 is a displacing agent, and the effect of separating tungsten and molybdenum at normal temperature and pressure is good. From the results of the separation of different feed ratio, we can speculate that the prospects for the separation of tungsten and molybdenum from tungsten ore leachate containing a small amount of molybdenum are optimistic.
