目的:研究香菇多糖对DTH小鼠T淋巴细胞比例及活化的影响。方法:用800mg/kg的香菇多糖给小鼠灌胃7天,给药后第3天用5%二硝基氟苯(DNFB)致敏,第4天用90mg/kg环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制,第7天用1%DNFB激发引起迟发型超敏反应(DTH),第8天取耳片及颈部淋巴结(CLN)细胞,称重法检测耳片肿胀度,流式细胞术检测CLN中CD3+、B220+细胞比例及T细胞中CD25+、CD69+表达。结果:香菇灌胃组耳片肿胀度和CLN中CD3+、B220+及CD3+CD25+、CD3+CD69+比例细胞均比模型组有所上升。结论:香菇多糖对免疫抑制小鼠的T细胞功能有改善作用。
Objective: To study the effect of lentinan on the proportion and activation of T lymphocytes in DTH mice. Conclusion: Lentinan can improve the function of T cells in immunosuppressed mice.
