宝钢作为中国钢铁工业的排头兵,以钢铁技术的领先者、绿色产业链的驱动者、成为员工与企业共同发展的公司典范为愿景。其中,员工与企业共同发展(简称“共同发展”),这一愿景,最为员工关注,也最具综合性。从激发员工的潜能、凝聚员工的心出发,进行了顶层设计,并构建了“共同发展”理论模型。通过员工与企业共同发展,积极主动适应经济新常态,推进企业深化改革、转型发展,努力实现上下同欲者胜。
Baosteel, as the vanguard of China’s steel industry, takes the lead of steel technology and the driver of the green industry chain as the corporate model for the common development of employees and enterprises.
