《提升学校教师职业幸福感途径、策略的实践研究》课题,是吉林省“十二五”科研重点课题。自课题立项以来,我校根据省、州、市教育学会的要求,在专家的指导下认真布置课题研究工作,按照课题研究方案及具体课题实验程序,扎实开展了学校课题研究实践活动。尤其在采用提升教师职业幸福感途径及策略上,我们主要从影响教师幸福感的个人因素、组织因素和职业因素等三个方面进行实践与研究,即培养教师的胜任感,从胜任感中感悟
“Enhance the school teacher career happiness approach, the practice of strategic research” project, Jilin Province is “Twelve-Five ” research key issues. Since the establishment of the project, our school has conscientiously arranged research work under the guidance of experts according to the requirements of the provincial, prefectural and municipal education societies and carried out research and practice activities of the school subject in accordance with the project research program and the specific subject experimental procedures. Especially in the ways and tactics of promoting teacher’s professional well-being, we practice and research mainly from the personal, organizational and professional factors that affect the happiness of teachers, that is, cultivating teachers’ sense of competence and comprehending competence
